Is Poetry Dead? Probably.

Today, they are often mushy and introspective, and no one is interested in buying secondhand feelings.

In this, my own book of poetry, I have sought to prove and disprove that. It’s an eclectic collection of poems about history, philosophy, and love lost and found.

Poetry never needs a critic.  It is its own critic. The reader has only one job, and that is to experience it. You can never unread a poem just as you can never unwrite them.

Take a chance. Read a poem and see if it generates a chemical change in your brain that makes you think about things differently.
