Stephen King is the well-known contemporary author of horror, supernatural fiction, suspense, science fiction, and fantasy. His books have sold more than 350 million copies. Most of his books are full-length novels, but he has also published novellas and ten collections of short stories. He has written two nonfiction books.  Many of his books and short stories have been adapted into films.
